Well I wanted to fix that!! ​ First, I started doing my wigs by hand and my product became a success! From there I switched it up a bit to keep up with the demands. Now I specialize in machine stitched wigs. I take pride in making sure every stitch is customized to the wig in you!! I am truly dedicated to making sure everyone looks good and feels good all the time. So you have that event that sneaked up on you and need a look, guess what? I have pre-made wigs available as well. Customizing your wig has no limits! Stitching - carefully stitching piece by piece creating that natural look. Bleaching - creates the illusion of a natural scalp, instead of a bumpy mess LOL Sizing - you provide me 4 measurements and I make the wig comfortable and fitting Coloring - You name it I color it Cutting - Layers, bobs, angles, I do it all! How long is shipping? 3-5 processing days and 10-21 business days, not including holidays and weekends. This also does not include our "Ready To Ship Collection". ​ What do I need to do to Provide my own hair Make sure that the hair is washed and detangled. WHAT DOES WIG SERVICES INCLUDE? Wig services include the wig construction, bleached knots, hairline magic,desired parting styled silky straight or left in its natural state. WHAT KIND OF WIGS DO YOU CREATE? We create U-part wigs (similar to a traditional sew in), Flip over, Lace Closure (most popular and most efficient), WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY WIG? Custom hair units have a turn around time of up to 12 business days from initial payment. I AM SO EXCITED FOR MY WIG! IS THERE ANY WAY I CAN PICK IT UP? Yes, and we’re so excited for you to have a wig created by SBS. Select the “pick up” option during check out. We will inform you of a date to pick up when your wig is ready. WHAT DO YOU DO WITH THE “LACE THINGY” IN FRONT OF THE WIG? The “lace thingy” is excess lace material from the lace closure or lace frontals. This excess material should be removed prior to wearing BUT not be removed until your wig is properly fitted. HOW LONG DOES A WIG LAST? Based on the construction of our wigs, our wigs last for 1+ years. However, It is imperative that you maintain the integrity of the hair. Excessive styling and heat, washing, combing, and improper care may decrease the lifespan of your wig.

REFUND POLICY ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS.StitchingByStylez ensures that the quality of your unit meets criteria. For this, we stand strongly behind our NO REFUND, EXCHANGE OR RETURN POLICY. SHIPPING POLICY Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed, and 10-21 (which do not include weekends or holidays) business days for delivery. Understand that all wigs are made per request. Although we strive for you to receive your unit in a timely matter, we also have to ensure the quality of the unit meets the "Stitching By Stylez" standard before heading out. You will first receive a confirmation email verifying and thanking you for your purchase. Once the wig is shipped tracking information will be sent. All emails will be sent to the email provided at checkout. **All packages are insured and comes with a confirmation/tracking number. Package does not require a signature. If you are unable to receive your package (for any reason) YOU are responsible for payment to get it shipped back to you. SBS is NOT responsible for any damage that may occur to package during shipping. You are responsible to contact your post office about lost, stolen, damage or delay packages. SBS does not hold responsibility for items that state they have been shipped.
